Vibration & Shaking Repair in Phoenix
A shake in the steering wheel or a vibration at highway speed is your car telling you something. We find the real cause, whether it's wheels and tires, brakes, suspension or the driveline, and fix it, using a Hunter Road Force balancer when the wheels are part of the problem.

Symptoms we diagnose
- Steering wheel shake
- Vibration at highway speeds
- Pulling to one side
- Brake pulsation or a shaking steering wheel when you stop
- Vibration felt through the seat or floor
- Shaking that starts or gets worse at certain speeds

Finding the real cause
Vibration has many possible causes: wheels and tires, warped or worn brakes, worn suspension and steering parts, wheel bearings, axles or engine mounts. We road test the car, inspect it on the lift and check each possibility, so you pay to fix the cause instead of guessing.
Hunter Road Force balancing
When the wheels are involved, we use a Hunter Road Force balancer. It presses a roller against the tire to simulate the weight of the car on the road, then measures how evenly the wheel and tire roll. That finds problems a standard balance can miss, and lets us match each tire to its wheel for a smooth ride.

Often fixed together
- Road force balancing
- Brake rotor and pad service for pulsation
- Suspension and steering part replacement
- Wheel bearing replacement
- Wheel alignment to finish the job

Frequently asked questions
Why does my steering wheel shake at highway speed?
Common causes are a wheel and tire that don't roll evenly, a bent wheel, or worn suspension or steering parts. We diagnose it and use road force balancing when the wheels are the cause.
Why does my car shake when I brake?
A pulsing pedal or shaking wheel when stopping usually points to the brake rotors. We inspect the brakes and fix the cause.
What is Hunter Road Force balancing?
It's a balancing method that simulates the car's weight on the tire to find out-of-round and stiffness problems that a standard balance can miss.
Is a vibration dangerous?
It can be. Some causes, like a failing wheel bearing or loose steering parts, affect safety. Have it checked soon.
